VOLUNTEER
We as a community are in desperate need of volunteers to fill several vacancies on the board.
The President, Secretary, and Architectural Control positions will be open on 1 January 2021.
If you are interested in any of the positions, or to volunteer in any capacity, please contact
any board member.
The annual meeting was not held due to the virus so the proxy voting was omitted but
if you feel you would like to fill any vacancy the board will vote via email for any nomination.
Please let us know by 15 September 2020 if you are interested or have questions about the
position and what are required to full fill the duties of each.
If we cannot generate enough volunteers the board may have to resort to a management
company which could possibly cause our homeowner fees to be increased.
Please think about serving to help maintain our neighborhood as one which others envy
and emulate to be like but it takes more than a few to keep it this way.
