NOTE FROM OUR HOA PRESIDENT, DAN HAMPTON:
This is my last year as President of the Homeowners Association. I have enjoyed my time and the few great people I was served with on the board.
Please consider volunteering for a position. Several are open and have been for some time. I fear if people do not step up, we will be forced, as in the past, to hire a management company to run our affairs. Though they did a good job I never felt they had our best interest and to support this effort dues will have to increase to cover their expenses.
Please consider serving for a year. We meet bi-monthly at the Salem Field library on a Thursday evening and the meetings are scheduled for one hour.
